1. Payroll Administration

Exceed Outsourcing will undertake all payroll administration for your business.

This includes everything needed to make sure your workers are paid correctly and on time.

For UK-based workers*, Exceed will:

  • Support you throughout with telephone and email support and online portal access
  • Carry out employee and director payroll with completely flexible pay frequencies
  • Produce and distribution of payslips
  • Create payroll files as well as RTI validation reports and FPS / EPS / EYU returns
  • Complete salary verification (NLW / NMW checks)
  • Process new starters / NI verification
  • Process leavers / produce P45s
  • Produce and submit P11D
  • Complete and submit year end forms and employee P60s
  • Act as HMRC PAYE agent
  • Calculate payments due to HMRC (P30 / P32)
  • Complete employment allowance reclaim from HMRC
  • Make all third-party deductions, statutory payment calculations and calculation of pension contributions
  • Manage absences (ESS holiday bookings)

2. Pensions Administration

  • Assess the workforce for auto enrolment
  • Process opt-ins and opt-outs and re-enrol eligible workers
  • Provide ongoing employee pension communications
  • Undertake all employee pension communications
